There have been several questions about this, did you try checking them?

The answer is that YOUR employer prepares your W2. THEY decide whether to make it available online. Currently only a small percentage of employers do. If it will be available your payroll department will know how to access it so ask them. One of the previous threads on this had a link to a site that lists employers who do it.
