Hi I just move into this house and when we choose to use the Nordyne heater it sometimes works and sometimes the fan blows cold air only??

I thought I would change the filter as a precaution and noticed that when we set the thermostat at say 72degrees it sounds like it is turning on but no flame, just see circuit board that has a red LED blinking 5 times over and over again??

I read the label on the bottom cover and its pretty old and somewhat legible, but what I could make out is "False Flame ______" thats it there is a missing word from the label since it is so dirty and erased from age... any suggestions on a DIY fix?
