I moved from FL to TN in the last tax year. Someone has said that if I have receipts from my moving company I can "claim" these on my taxes. First of all, can I? Second, how do I do this??

Thanks in advance,
A clueless worker drone

If the move was because of a change in jobs, then yes you can.

Yes, it was due to a work related relocation.

So, I can.

How do I do this??

You need to file Form 1040 and with it, claim your allowable moving expenses on Form 3903.

It can also be done FOR FREE if you qualify.

Check it out on Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov).
