Hi I have an old heating system(1910) in my home, I have four cast iron radiators three work fine
but the one in the last level will not heat up. I bleed ed them all but the one on the third
level will not bleed. No air pressure comes out of the bleed valve. what should I do.

Check for proper system water pressure. Sounds like you do not have enough system altitude.

Your boiler should be running at between 12 and 20 psi. Check the guage. Try increasing the pressure of the system temporarly while bleeding the farthest radiator by lifting up on the feed valve lever. Typically this feed valve looks like an upside down ice cream cone with a flat piece of metal like a tail on the top. Lift up on the tab and you will hear water rush into the system. Get it up to 20 psi and then release the tab. Go and bleed that radiator and see if this helps. If not, you have a restriction in the radiator or a bad circulator. Try this a few times, it may help move the restriction out of the way.
