I am trying to get my taxes done early and my boss is out of town. My tax proffessional says that they can access my w2 online but I need to know the website address. Where can I find this out?

W2 is prepared by your employer. Not all employers provide W2 information online. So you can only find this out from your boss. For sure he will be back in the office before Jan 31, 2008.

In the future please don't piggyback your question on someone else's thread.This often leads to confusion.

As noted, online availability of W2s depends on the company. Some of the larger payroll processing firms offer this and some very large companies with thousands of employees also offer it. If your boss is out of town, then I doubt if your company is large enough.

You can use the figures on your final paycheck.
