Hello. I bought password manager software. I installed it with no problem. It is supposed to run up in my toolbar but it doesn't. I went to view, toolbars, and I click on password manager but it won't put a check mark behind it and then I cannot use the software. This is a brand new computer and I am running norton. Does this have anything to do with it. I am running windows vista? thanks

In a gray area of your toolbar -- right click -- a popup menu should appear

Is your toolbar there and is it checked -- there is a possibility that it is not

compatible with Vista -- Don't think Norton would stop it from showing up

as above post states, may not be vista compatible, you should have a program listed for the software when you click on the start button and then programs? click on the app to open it and see if there are Options that you can set to always start with windows

I tried that. The checkmark won't stay. Basically I can't check mark it. I tested the other programs and I didn't have a problem except for this one

If it was not Vista compatible it wouldn't have installed. have you tried contacting their tech support?
