Can someone tell me what the differences are between activity-based budget and an operating budget? I only see similarities.:confused:

Activity-based budget includes different outcome with different levels of activity, while operating budget just use one level of activity. Look into the chapter about static budget and flexible budget to see if you can find some clue.
