How do I retrieve an overpayment on a garnishment. The garnishment came out of my check when I lived in Atlanta, I have since moved to Texas. I noticed the over payment in the last paystub I received from my previous employer. Who can I contact to get my money back?

Hello beverly:

Contact the people who have the judgment. They have your money. I don't know if they'll give back an overpayment, but you can try.
