I'm having really bad stomach pains in my lower stomach on both sides. My best friend is pregnant and she says it sounds as though I am too. Do you think I am or is it something serious?

It could be pregnancy. I would take a test to make sure, but when I had similar pains like the ones that you are having I had an ovarian cyst and it was about the size of a grape. I would get it checked out especially if the pain gets worse.
