There is someone in my class who keeps looking at me (not scary like, good ;) ) Anyway, so I was wondering, if he looks at me and I know he's looking at me now, do I look at him, do I ignore him, do I look and smile, look and seem wondering why he is looking at me this way? And its not once or twice, its alooot. And its not like we don't talk, he is always with me and he is part of my group of friends and he is always goofing around and stuff... but I was wondering what this look in his eyes means. I caught him a couple of times, but the look in his eyes makes me so shy I look away... and he once noticed a certain look that makes me helpless and started doing it deliberately. And once he was coming up to me and said, "You have the most prettiest eyes," but he wasn't saying it in a normal way, it was like really embarrassing (again good embarrassing, not bad) I don't know what he means by it... and I'm not sure how to react. How does he think of me?

Sounds like he really really likes you. So, you better talk to him. If you like being liked but don't want him as a boyfriend, tell him so. The two of you will never know how your relationship might turn out unless you start talking to one another.
