I have 5 wires for replacing my thermostat, Green, Blue, Red and 2 yellows. My connection places are: G, W, Y, Rh and Rc. not sure what one goes to what spot. Any ideas?

The one yellow goes to the A/C compressor coil. Are you sure the one isn't a yellowed white? Are the 2 ''yellows'' connected to the W and Y at the furnace? Connect the same ones to the same terminals at the thermostat.

Unless you have a second transformer somewhere, jumper the red to RH and RC.

If you are having cold weather, it would be just as well not to kick on the A/C compressor. Shut the outside switch off. Then you can try and see which ''yellow'' is really the white that fires up the furnace. Be sure and turn it back on well before trying to run the A/C.
