I have a bump on my vagina that is painful. It does not have anything oozing out of it it feels like an ingrown hair but I am scared. I have no health insurance and cannot go to the doctor. Please help. What might this be? and is it serious? I have had it for one week now and it hurts when i have sex and when i sit a certain way.
