I work long hours so when my face is all oily, before re-applying my make-up would you recommend me to wash my face with water or use face wipes. And is it necessary to put moisturiser after i wash or use face wipes?

Thanking you in advance.

I use oil-absorbing sheets. They absorb most of the oil, and make it much easier to reapply makeup. I don't wash my face after work, simply because then you have to moisturize, and then wait a few minutes before putting on makeup again. I just wash my face in the morning and before bed. You could wash your face if you have the time. You don't need to apply moisturizer after you use face wipes, unless your face feels dry. I'm a moisturizer freak, so I apply it all the time, but I don't think it's necessary :)

It's important to use a moisturizer even if you have oily skin. After you cleanse your face, use an oil-free moisturizer. Oil-free moisturizers can help dissolve oil and balance your skin. You should always wash your face before re-applying make up. If your face is not completely clean when you apply your make up, it can block your pores and cause breakouts. For healthy, beautiful skin, it's essential to cleanse, tone and moisturize.
