Hey my name is heatherr. I'm trying out for my high school cheerleading squad at the end of this school year. I'm in eighth grade at my middle school right now, and I really want to continue cheerleading next year. I have been a cheerleader for two years now, [[i made it in 7th grade]], and I'm really nervous about my tryouts. I need to be able to do a double toe touch[[i can barely do a single]], a backhandspring[[i can barely do a bridge]], and many more things such as tumble runs. I really need to perfect my jumps and tumble runs and everything else. I also think I need to lose weight [[im 5' 3'' and I weigh 120 lbs.]] I'm not FAT, but I'm not as skiny as I think I should be. I need some good excersices that will work fast, no matter how bad they hurt. Please help! :confused:
