Im just started dating a friend of mie we've been friends for about 4 monthes and in the past week we started going out. I was wouldering how fast is to fast? I haven't seen him yet since we have statered dating but we've talked. Would it be weird to say love you at the end of an e-mail or hug and kisses

In my own opinion, I think you guys have been dating for only a week, and that to me makes me feel a little weird about saying I love you... BUT some people just go with the flow and it just comes out. AND guys seem to take it differently than we do, so just be careful, if it feels weird, then it probably is. Hugs and good luck!

Yeah, like before we started dating I would give him a hug he never returned it but don't say anything about not doing it. I think I'm just going to keep talking to him as though we are friends like we've always been and then when I see him ill got from there. By the way we are both only 16

Good, I say take it slow and let it all just flow nicely! Good luck and best of love!

It is too fast when one or both of you feel uncomfortable with the wording. If you feel uncomfortable saying it, or if he becomes uncomfortable hearing it, then it is too fast.

Hello,

What do you hope to get by saying it? That's the real issue here. Imagine saying it and then NOT getting the response you want. How would that feel? When you say I love you, it should be because you feel it, not because you're trying to get some specific response. I know you want love. We all do. But I have a feeling you're just trying to pull something out of him that he's not giving you freely, and that will only end up in more pain for you.

Namaste,

Satina
