Second, think about your question here. Who issues W2s? Your employer does. Therefore there would be no central place to find W2s. IF your employer made your W2 available online, then they would inform you of that fact and where to find it.

Blank W-2s and the transmittal letter can be purchased at any office supply store, like Office Depot or Staples.

There is also software that will produce the W-2s on your printer.
