i purchased a noma programable thermostat.last year .ilost instructions have it working but dont understand how to set it.itseems like its working good for a while then temp drops about 7 degrees celseus,yhen i turned it up to 28c then it kicked in 10 mins. latter.if you have a manual who to use or any help would be help full thanks danny
