First, this is a tax questions so I moved it.

Second, why would you want this? Each persons return is unique to them.

ok, who did your taxes and for what year.

If you used an accountant or CPA, they would normally keep a copy, also companies like HR Block keep copies, If you filed your own taxes you should have it. You can get a copy ( or a summary of your filing) from the IRS.

Fr Chuck covers it all. You can get the tax script by call the IRS. identifying yourself, and simply ask for it. There is no charge.
