I installed a Lux digital thermostat last summer for my Coleman Heat pump and furnace. It worked perfectly until now when I called for Emergency Heat. The high speed fan comes on but no heat. Ideas? Furnace is an EB10B

Each brand of heat pump seems to be wired a little differently. If you don't have the instructions for yours, see if you can find it on the net. then compare what it needs to the thermostat directions.
