have a rheem furnace and when it turns on it blows real hard some thing i read said it has a three or four speed motor just wondering if some one could help me change the wires to lower the speed of the motor

The furnace blower motor speed should be set by a professional. They use a air volume tool to make sure enought CFM gets across the heat exchanger so the exchanger does not fail or other safety devices.

thanks hvac1000 but when i sit in my kitchen it blows the napkins off the table and in my last house the air never came out that fast im sure the CFM'S are to high

I am sure the CFM;s are to high also. But the speed needs to be set properly especiall if it is a 80 to 90 % model.
