Hello,

My name is Sandra. I’m 45 and getting older with every day that passes by. Recently, I’ve begun going to a spa and my esthetician told me that even if I get older, my skin doesn’t have to. The perfect anti aging cream, she said, should contain vegetal Soy, avocado oil, elastin and cucumber extract. Therefore, I’m looking for a solution, as convenient as possible. I come to my point now: has anybody heard of such a product?
I also have to mention that I have a dry skin.

I see that Roel has edited your post. Sandra, I hope your message is sincere and your not trying to promote the Gerovital plant forte products. Someone has posted the Gerovital website twice on the beauty forum. The admin does not tolerate spamming on his board, therefore, he will edit or delete posts that are inappropriate.

Well, I'm also a Cosmetologist but I dabble with other professions, and I have some knowledge in skin care. I have to disagree with your Esthetician, those ingredients you've described won't stop the signs of aging. I'm going to give you some information regarding wrinkles and wrinkle creams and how you can enhance your skin.

Wrinkles are caused by a loss of collagen and elastin, the tissues that make the skin firm and elastic. The number of wrinkles depends on your genetic makeup, but smoking, dry skin and sun exposure make it worse. Dynamic motion, making facial expressions, also causes permanent creases over time. However, regular exercising of the correct facial muscles can dramatically reduce wrinkle.

If you have dry skin you must keep your skin hydrated and replenished. Skin care as well as wrinkle cream should give the deep layers moisture and elasticity, so that skin can stretch but also bounce back when stretched instead of remaining flexed and saggy and wrinkled. Some wrinkle creams have been approved for reducing the appearance of fine wrinkles, however, wrinkle creams don’t eliminate wrinkles, nor does wrinkle cream restore skin to its healthier, younger structure. But with the use of wrinkle creams together with daily facial exercises, it will give you the appearance of younger and healthy glowing skin.

I went on to my favorite skincare website and typed all those ingredients into their search engine. Thing first this to show up was an eye cream called MD Skincare lift and lighten eye cream. It might be worth checking out, though, I think it is more inportant to follow the good advice that and info the last poster left for you. It's true that wrinkles and just part of aging, and you should take good care of your skin, rather than search for perfection. Here's a link to the eye cream: Md skincare eye cream ( http://md-skincare.00freehost.com).

Hi Sandra! I have made a face oil that works wonders. It is good for dry skin, and helps to controls blemishes. The recipe title is called anti-wrinkle oil. I have used it for 3 years everyday under my make up. It's not greasy and it smells so good, and it's made with essential oils. If you'd like the recipe, let me know. btw, a 1 oz. bottle will last you about a whole year! :D
