I broke the switch for the manual and auto fan for the heater i just need to get the button pushed back out it had a knob that you pull or pushed in and it broke. So now my fan stays on all the time, is there a quick fix to this? I also am having a hard time keeping the pilot lit, could it be the thermo couple?

You probably just need to buy a new fan and limit control. I do not think you will have much luck attaching the white button switch back on.

Could be a dirty pilot orifice. usually when a thermocouple is defective it will not work at all.
