I don't know, but if you find out I would like one too. You can start by checking with the Farmers Home Administrtion. Then check with your local FSA office and see about any Phase 1 money from the Master Tobacco Settlement Trust. They will let some folks have money from it to expand or diversify operations. Not all states are eligible for this though. I have farmed all my life, and never got anything for free.
