Our programmable thermostat was installed before we bought the house, the a/c worked fine throughout the summer. now that winter months are here, we realize that the heat will not kick off whenever we switch the program to off. we have never used the programmable settings before, but i mosied my way around and cleared all 4 out.

is something wrong with my heat connection? we are electric.

i tried getting the user's manual downloaded from honeywell, but the pdf file sucks.

any information will help greatly.

Nothing is wrong with the file from Honeywell. I was given notice two days ago that they were going to be doing some work on there site over the weekend so could be that is your problem. Try this because it is the only information available for you problem that is posted on the net in regards to this model thermostat.
