Hello! I need to write an introduction letter for my new company. We are needing to get quotations internationally for the manufacture of a single item, a ceiling fan air filter, new to the market. The letter would be used for the request for quotation. We are planning to sell in bulk wholesale as well as commercial TV advertising. Do you have a suitable example? Thank you!

The Filter Wings Corporation is seeking a manufacturing side to the corporation for the manufacture of ceiling fan air filters. We wholesale to suppliers of the home domestics, allergy, restaurant supply, and mail order industries as well as retailing our filters through U.S. television advertising for introduction to the public. We believe that China has the manufacturing resources for a mutual fit with our U.S marketing abilities that will be profitable for both. We have recently gone through a reorganization bringing our original engineering, research and development, and marketing staff back to the top. Domestic U.S. manufacturing has become too inefficient for profitability and we would like to extend the opportunity to others.
