Sometimes the home tests are not reliable. You need to go and get a blood test done for pregnancy. With some of your symptoms you could have an ectopic pregnancy and that is not good. See a doctor soon.

This is very common when coming off of Depo. It can take 3 - 6 months before you have a period on your own. The reason is that your body has to start making up for the hormones it was not making by itself while you were on the shot.

If you continue to be concerned, you can take a pregnancy test weekly using first morning urine. If you still remain concerned, a visit to your doctor may just put your mind at rest.
