I am confused how to calculate direct labour. Each unit requires 45 minutes of labour. The workers, after breaks and lunch, only do 40 minutes of productive work in each hour.
How do I calculate the direct labour per hour if the unit takes more time than alloted in an hour?
Do I multiply the units to be produced by .75, 1.15 or am I missing a step here?
Thank you.
