We live in a mobile home with an Intertherm Mac-1168 Furnace. It has a cracked air exchanger and we have been told we need to replace the entire unit. What I need to know is what is the modern day equivalent to this unit? Once I know this information I will be able to start comparing prices. Thanks.

Try Coleman, mobil home furnaces are a breed all their own, first off they have to be certified for mobil home use , also they get all their combustion air from the vent piping thru the roof (like a 90% furnace does )Good luck, Mike
