I'm 19, and I've had my period since I was 13. My periods used to be very irregular, however now my periods are usually spaced at 42 day intervals, instead of the normal average 28 days apart. Should I be worried about anything??

Some women just have irregular periods that are longer than the normal 28 days. If you are sexually active have you had your physical in the past year? If not, I would suggest you make an appointment and discuss this with the doctor. There may be reasons for this, but they can only be diagnosed with a thorough history and physical exam.

A woman's cycle is usually 28-35 days apart, but if they are 42 days apart, but still the same as ever besides timing, I don't think you have much to worry about, but if you are concerned, ask an Ob-GYN about them.
