My boyfriend takes 80 mg of accutane. if he got me pregnant would it cause birth defects? Or is it just if the women take it?

Yes, accutane will cause birth defects if he takes it and you become pregnant. It alters the sperm. You should be using birth control while he is taking it. Many doctors will not prescribe accutane without a prescription for birth control.
