My name is Michelle. This is the first time i have asked a question.

Why do i bleed from one period through till the next? One day it may be dark and bloody. Another pale and watery and then others like creamy brown moose?

I had CIN 3 when I was twenty, so I am a little worried.

The latest smear I had was 8 and a half weeks ago. I dont have the results yet. I rang Cytology, and she said they had gone for a second screening. Is this routine, or could something be wrong?

It is a combination of things that are making me worry. I have 2 small boys and am only 25.

An answers to any of the questions, please.

When you had CIN 3, what was your treatment if any?

You have waited 8 weeks for results? Have you not called to get the results? If you did, what were you told. I don't believe the results should take 2 months.

Sorry my computer was playing up.

When I had CIN3 i got a loop excursion.

After 6 weeks I rang my doctors every couple of days. Then after 8 weeks I called Cytology. The lady I spoke to said they are taking 8-10 weeks to get done. Also That my smear has gone for second screening. That was it. Is this routine after having CIN3 or maybe something is wrong? ( hense why I am worried of my abonormal bleeding)

If anyone reads this, please voice your opinion. As its now 5 days sincce I rand Cytology and still no results????

I had brownish blood in between periods and at the beginning and end of each period for many years. If I am remembering correctly I was told it was from endometriosis and the brown blood was old blood still hanging out in the uterus from the previous periods and so on.

I no longer have that because I had a hysterectomy in 2006.

but the blood lasts from one period to another. its not just a few days before and after. the colour and texture changes daily. thjs has been going on for 18 months. l spoke to the nurse who took my last smear who said i had to wait for results. its 9wks tomorrow with no results. just worried incase there is aconnection.

Its now been almost 11 weeks since my smear with no results. Can anyone shed any light on my problem? I just want to know why this happens.
