HELP!!

My very active child pulled the cover off of the heatpumps thermastat in the hallway. The heat pump now runs all the time. the make isCarrier and the model is T874R1384. There is a little dial and I think he moved it and that is what is causing the problem. Does anybody know what number the dial should be set on.

Thanks

I you are talking about the heat anticipator setting it might be listed on the wiring diagram on your unit. If not it will take a milliamp meter to set it correctly. Until you can get or find the correct adjustment just set it in the middle of its range.
Looks like it is time for a little tap on the bottom of that child so it does not happen again. I have three grown children and they would do little stuff like this when they were young. Now they do bigger things to worry there dad. LOL
