I live in the country, my neighbors and I share a driveway we are the only 2 houses on this drive. One of my dogs have already been ran over and killed by them. One of the sons of my neighbor continues to speed by the house and tonight he actually drove off the drive into the grass to try and hit my dog who was in my yard. What can be done? I'm tired of the reckless driving and them attempting to kill yet another dog. I have ask them to slow down and was cursed at by them. Please help!

Do I need to have the licence plates of the jeep before I call the sheriff? He goes by so fast I can't even catch the plate number but I've seen it parked behind the neighbors house many many times.

If of course this is not a city or county road, there are no speed limits and most driving laws don't apply.

If the son is doing driving to endanger there may be liablity there for damage they do. Also what sort of easement is there for the driveway if it is coming across your property.

Also why are your dogs running loose? If they were properly supervised they would not be in the area to be ran over. Esp a second one after the first was ran over.
