The IRS is quite "user friendly" nowadays. Call them (http://www.irs.gov/contact/index.html) and they'll fax you a copy same day...has been my experience.

What RickJ says is true, but is may take the IRS about two weeks to get you the free tax script if the use the BY MAIL option. The IRS does fax the information, but that is sometimes hit-or-miss.

However, H&R Block, by law, MUST retain a copy of your return for AT LEAST five years. Go back to the H&R office and ask for a copy. They MAY charge you a small fee (maye $10 at the most), but they WILL be able to provide you a copy.
