I am unable to uninstall Norton Security 2007 from my Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. All the programs for Norton don't have the remove button, what else can I do to remove this program as it has expired? HELP

Try using ths: Norton Removal Tool (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039)

I'm not sure if it will work if your product has expired, but it's worth a try.
