i have a in floor furnance. i tried to light it yesterday and the polite lit but it would not kick in. i tried again today and i found that the matchless spark ignition has come off. do i need that for the stove to work?:confused:

I guess a new matchless sparker. Could also be a milivolt generator or thermocouple.
