My period started on the 10th of october and lasted till the 17th . usually the end of my period lasts a few days with a few spots on my underwear.i thought it is all gone because on the 18th i did not have anything left.on the 19th and the 20th i made sex with my boyfriend and i bled only on the 20th.today, three days after, the bleeding is still going and it is dark brown.I am worried because i two years ago i had a matrix(womb) wound that was very big! Six months ago it appeared again and my doctor said that it is small and it can cure itself. So something must have gone wrong because I am sure this is not a period blood and I know that the bleeding after or during sex is a symptom of cancer. I am scared

I doubt it is cancer but I would definitely visit a gyno to determine why you're bleeding.

I would go to a doctor just to be safe. Are you on birth control? I have heard that sometimes when your body is getting used to being on it or going of it you might bleed irregularly a little. My friend had this happen to her. Don't worry too much. I had this happen earlier this year and it turned out to be nothing. In my case, we were using a new kind of condom, and I think it hurt me or something. I hurt afterwards and after a few days, the spotting stopped. Mine looked like dried blood though. (gross, I know!). We quit using those condoms and it didn't happen again. I would go to a doc just to put your mind at ease. If money is a concern, you can go to planned parenthood, or call around and some doctors will let you make payments if you don't have insurance or all the money up front. Hope you are ok and don't stress!
