Hi i am almost 18 and i have had my period since i was 13 when i was 15 i become sexually active with my bofriend so iwent on birth control i have always had very normal periods in lenth i always have had one month being heavy and the next month being light my question is i forgot to take a few pill of my birth control and i got my period cause of that(no sex during that time my boyfriend was away)and that was 12 days ago i still am taking my pill but my period is not going away somedays i will only have a little bit of brown or some days is will go through a tampon its not really heavy should i wait it out should i keep taking my pill or stoping taking them! help should i be really worried that i have had my period for 12 days!?:( it went away well i thought it did for about a day and me amd my boyfriend has sex and after wards we figured i still had it please let me know your thoughts...im worried

I just waited out my period stopped taking my pills and then the sunday i started my new pack and its been all good i just screwed up on my pills
