Ok i have an irregular period for the most part (irregular in legnth of time, not flow). lately it has been coming around the 20th but yesterday i noticed some very light pink fluid on my toilet paper. after that, there was no other sign of blood. I have had concerns about pregnancy and i am sexually active although i am not on birth control (stupid i know). ive had some risks and chances of pregnancy although very low ones.... if my period did come every 30 days then i shouldnt even be expecting anything for another 4 days...also usually my breasts get sore a few days before my period and they arent so i know its not that.... ive never had spotting before and i read it could be implantation bleeding... the last sexual risk i had was saturday so would that be enough time for that to occur?...:confused: i just dont know. im really freaked out. any ideas or opinions?:( :(

I think you can relax. You said your periods are irregular in legth, it could just be starting a little early. I'm on the pill and that happens to me on occasion. Every women experiences these types of things at some point.
Implantation bleeding is not really as common as people think.

im still kinda freaked considering nothing has happened yet....now there isnt any light blood.... :<

ok now im really freaking....i know im irregular and the stress is probably making it worse but its now almost a week since the spotting and ive yet to have my period!!!

My advice, from a medical professional is twofold.

#1 Take a pregnancy test because you won't know until you take one.

#2 Stress can cause strange things to happen to your body, including missed or late periods, so you NEED to stop stressing.

but i dont know if anything will show up if i take a test....im irregular so im not technically "late"...

Then there is really nothing we can tell you that will ease your mind. Without you taking a test, without knowing your history and doing a physical, there is really nothing we can say to ease your mind.

well since im irregular when would a test be able to tell....like when should i take it?....
