Few months ago,I was injured on my knees,I twisted it and I dislocate my knees, when were playing volleyball and that was August 25,I'm doing okay but I still need to do my Physical Theraphy exercises 3 times a day for 7 days a week.

The problem is were going to have a Concert, this coming November 17,and I'm going to dance,My question is,can I still dance and do my part this coming November 17? Is there possible to twist my knees again, while I'm dancing?

What am I supposed to do?Please answer my question right away, because I'm getting worried. Thank you!

Try taking Hylaronic Acid they use it for race horses that have injured knees.
I have been taking it for a year now because my knees would make that popping noise.
I buy mine from Wal Mart in the vitamin aisle. It costs $4.95 (there) for about 60 tablets.
