Does any one know what are the side effects of hypercream?

I have been using this cream for hyperpigment spots for 2 weeks, the brown color is slight improved but I my skin look so fragile like taking prednisone with many fine lines all over my face.
Have any one using this cream? and what is your experience with it?

Please help!
