I have a Bryant 383kav. The unit is cooling but not blowing out of vents. I checked the blower and it is operating fine. I noticed that whoever installed the unit has the intake coming from underneath with no filter. My question is are there other filters that maybe blocked. It's in the upflow position. I also noticed water dripping from the evaporator. I checked the drains and they are clear. I feel the builder of my house, or the subs they use improperly installed this unit and now 5 years later I am having to deal with their mistakes. If I need the unit looked after can you recommend anyone in the New Port Richey/Trinity Florida area? Thanks
