What Is The Cable Size A Load Of 150ampere.

Cable size A? 1/0 ? Not sure what you mean cable size A. National Electrical Codebook
Article 310-16 will give Conductor Ampacities for Conductors.

Your question is too vague, as there are several variables we do not know.

Is this residential service or feeder? Then 150 amp feeder needs to be a minimum of #1 copper or #2/0 aluminum.

Is the load actually 150 amps? The wire size needs to be increased to carry 125% of 150 amps.

What exactly do you have so you can get accurate advice?

Question was vague, as probably my answer was, should have mentioned Aluminum, and even allowance for Voltage Drop for long runs. Need More Info.
