a.in the income statement there is an item of profit on disposal of motor vans.he cannot understand why selling an old motor van can actually result in profit

b. he believes that the gross profit for the period has been calculated in correctly.he has stated that it is only the purchases which must be deducted from the sales in order to determine the correct gross profit
