If I have a main disconnect at the pole what kind of breaker box should I put in my quanset
To replace the old fuse box,a main lug or main breaker. This is also part my shop.

Would not hurt to have Main Breaker, May not be required, Fuse Panel probably had Main
Fuses? Cost may be determining factor. What do the others have?

I can find both panels cheap on e-bay just wondering the right way to do it with out causing any problems or having to change something in the future

As Strat mentions, a Main breaker is not needed at the building, as long as there is a Main at the pole. You may have one at the building panelboard if desired, as long as it is equal to or less than the rating of the Main, for convenience if desired.

Should you have mentioned where the neutral ground bond is?

Labman, one question, one answer... Yes, we can continue onto other aspects of an installation, such as grounding, bonding, types of raceway and wire, etc. Where does one stop?

Hopefully, a poster with one question has reviewed the wealth of information here to be aware of the other issues with wiring a panelboard, and is up to speed with the exception of the question that is posted as they could not find the answer in previous posts.
