i am currently enrolled in accounting and working on journaling some entries i am stuck and need some help on whether it gets journaled and how.
the entry is: On nov 13 notified that Alamo Enginering co. that Echo's bid of $7,500 for an upcoming project was accepted
the other entry is: On nov 25 sent another bill to Decker company for the past due amount of $2700
can you tell me how i would enter that in the journal. the accounts i have are cash, accts rec, computer supplies, prepaid insurance, prepaid rent, office equipment, accounts payable, mary graham, capital, mary graham, withdrawals, computer services revenue, wages expense, advertising expense, mileage expense, repairs expense, computer and charitable donations expense.
