I have a white Rogers system that When turned on doesnt cycle up and turn on It starts for about 1-2 seconds then resets over and over I have tried cleaning the flame rod and also change Thermastat and ignitor. Any idea what would cause this?

Sounds like possibility an ignition control modual.
Do you have a good blue flame or is it yellow?

Make sure you have a good equipment ground on the ignition control box and on some systems the gas valve has to have a good ground to the equipment also. Or if the flame sensor (the metal rod part) is touching the burners or any other metal it wont work. make sure flame sensor wire has not grounded out to equipment also.
