Hi prettylady!
I'm writing this post in hopes for some professional advice!!! :D
Two days ago, I asked my hair dresser to touch up my hi lites on the top half of my head and add in some low lites to prevent getting that all-over-one-hair-color look. Well, she decided that she would touch up the hi lites that had grown out and then place a permanent dk. brown hair color in between the hi lites and around the bottom half of my hair (all at once). In addition, she only placed the dk. brown color to my roots on the bottom half of my hair. :( The result has left my hair almost black on the top half of my head w/ blonde/orange (at the root) hi lites, black at the roots on the bottom half of my head, and mousey brown w/ faint hi lites on the remaining bottom half of my hair.
Not happy with the color, I called her the following day and asked her to fix it. She, thankfully, is working me in tomorrow; however, I am apprehensive with what the result will be this time and I really don't know how to tell her what I want and if it's even possible.
My question is, what do I need to tell her if I just want my hair a chocolate brown color all over color with some blonde all over hi lites? Is there another coloring option you think that would be better for me to go with since my hair is so dark right now?
Please help!
