Go see your doctor....before it gets worse....I had really bad ingrown toenails for years and years and would refuse to see a doctor about it...I would pull them out myself and they would get infected and pusy. It was gross. I finally went to the doctor and they said that they had to remove my toenails...the two big ones due to an infection. They do grow back but it takes about six months before they begin to look normal again. GO TO THE DOCTOR
