Hi all I wanna dye my hair blu/black and i wanna also bleach sum highligts over it will this work and if so how do i got about havin it done im a bit of a rock chick and love looking different and the hairdressers neva seem to do what i want so im gonna do it myself... anyone have any suggestions or anything help me please

Tell the hair stylist to foil what you want bleached first...and then have her color your hair blue/black.
